About the Role:

As an Expert at Apple Retail, you are the go-to person for in-depth knowledge of Apple’s products, services, and customer buying journeys. You’re not only a top-tier sales performer, but also a mentor to others—demonstrating what exceptional customer engagement looks like. You help people find the right Apple solutions while ensuring they leave empowered and excited.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver top-performing sales and excellent service by identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Stay up to date on Apple products, services, financing and trade-in options, and sales procedures.
  • Lead by example in customer engagement and mentor peers in developing their skills.
  • Share knowledge and assist team members to provide a seamless, informed Apple experience.
  • Support store operations and provide customer service across various zones when required.
  • Respect and promote Apple’s culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Availability to work on a schedule that includes nights, weekends, and public holidays, as required by the store.
  • Consistent and reliable attendance.
  • Prior experience in retail, sales, or a customer-facing role.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrate deep knowledge of Apple products and services.
  • Show a strong record of high performance in sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate clearly and tailor product recommendations to suit individual customer needs.
